What materials are your watches made of?

Our watches are made with a combination of stainless steel, leather, and high-quality glass.

How do I care for my watch?

To care for your watch, we recommend avoiding exposure to water and harsh chemicals. Wipe the watch clean with a soft, dry cloth and store it in a cool, dry place when not in use

How do I set the time on my watch?

Simply locate the crown, the small knob on the side of your watch, and either unscrew or pull it out to its furthest position. Turn the crown clockwise to adjust the time forward and counterclockwise to move it backward. Once the time and date are set, push the crown back in

Can I replace the battery myself?

We recommend having the battery replaced by a professional jeweler to ensure that it is done properly and without damaging the watch

Do you offer a warranty on your watches?

Yes, we offer a one-year warranty on our watches. This warranty covers defects in materials and craftsmanship, but does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use.

How do I return a watch if I am not satisfied with it?

If you are not satisfied with your watch, you can return it for a full refund within 7 days of purchase as long as it is in its original packaging and has not been worn. Please contact our customer service team for more information on how to process a return

How can i get my watch serviced in the warranty period if any defects found in motor?

The customer has to email us at info@tocgwatches.com with the issue and pictures, our team will review the email and will revert back. Once we confirm, the customer has to ship the product to us so we can service it or replace it if the defect is unserviceable. Customers should bear the cost for shipping the product back to us and we will bear the cost of shipping the watch back to the customer.

What is the delivery time ?

Dispatch time is 1-2 days and the shipping time 3 to 7 days differs from which part of India the order is placed. All our products ship from our warehouse in Bengaluru
